Located just over a mile from RSPB Bempton Cliffs (home to the famous Puffins!) and the rugged heritage coastline, you’re also only a short drive from the charming seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey, known for their award-winning beaches. A village pub, train station, and stunning coastline are also within easy reach.
There are two enclosed dog gardens on site and the cottages have views of the historic Bempton Mill, built over200 years ago, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for family, and friends and your beloved pets too!

This lovely cottage sleeps 5 as it has a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, both upstairs, as well as a kitchen/diner and a comfortable lounge.4 legged guests welcome too - just add to booking.

This wonderful cottage has a King size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a triple bedroom with ensuite toilet, both upstairs, as well as a modern kitchen diner, separate lounge, and a shower room, downstairs. Dogs welcome too, just add to booking.
The Old Mill House
4 Bedrooms - Sleeps 8
A stunning grade two listed farmhouse with its own large enclosed, dog friendly garden, Old Mill House is the perfect choice for multi generational families or families holidaying together. The house has two large King bedrooms and two large twins, A downstairs shower room and upstairs family bathroom with bath and over bath shower. There is a very large lounge with open fire and a smaller lounge with wood burning stove and when it comes to dining, there is a large well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with double height ceiling and a separate coffee area too. A perfect place for that special get together! Please note that Old Mill House is currently only available for stays in the next 3 months.

3 of our cottages (Country, Coast and Heritage) sit around a delightful shared courtyard and, when booked together, offer comfortable accommodation for up-to 13 people.
Hiring all 3 cottages is the perfect way to escape for a large family break at Christmas, New Year, Eid or that special family celebration!
You can also then add Cliff Cottage (sleeps 5) which is on the same site but just behind the courtyard, so in total across the site we can sleep upto 18.
If you need even more room then The Old Mill House next door which sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms may also be available. Please contact us for further details and available dates.
Please contact us early possible if you would like to arrange a group booking as weeks when all cottages are available can be hard to find!
