Elizabethan, Edwardian and Regency era homes, and gardens, are all close by. Discover special places, unique artefacts and stunning floral displays. See as many as you can whilst you are here!

From unique antiques in the old town area of Bridlington to local delicacies from traditional family shops, to seaside souvenirs from colourful stalls or paintings from a local gallery, there are lots of reasons to buy local here.
Walking
From easy country walks ending with a lovely pub lunch, to challenging full day hikes across open countryside and rugged coastline, you'll be spoilt for choice here.
Parks & Nature
There are woodland walks, nature trails and family parks a plenty in this area and RSPB Bempton is an absolute must do with amazing walks and literally thousands of nesting seabirds soaring around the cliffs.
Cycling
There are over 150 miles of cycleways amidst the stunning Yorkshire Wolds and routes that will take you across beautiful countryside, along rugged coastline, past amazing halls, gardens and woodlands, all rich with local wildlife.

You'll be spoilt for choice here on great family days out. Choose from adventure centres, woodland trails and mini golf to meeting penguins at the zoo, swimming in the local splash zone or a trip to a lighthouse - to name but a few!
A Day at the Beach
Award winning beaches await at the nearby traditional seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey. Swim in the sea, play in a rock pool or just relax on the wide open sands.
